Life is not a joy ride with responsibilities at home and work. You may be constantly battered with stress, tough decisions to make and a truckload of work. A bit of adventure would make an interesting twist in your life and make your life a joy ride even for a day. Flyboard in Dubai is a classic water sport to give you a deserving break from your hectic schedule. It is for those who love daring activities as a change from the rat race that you part of every day. However, if you are someone who has zero experience but now want to try out flyboarding, these tips and tricks would sure help you lower your spiked heartbeat!
Super Balancing: Balancing is the primary element of flyboarding. It is what holds you up there. Therefore always pay keen attention to your instructor and follow all his instructions to learn the correct posture you need to be. Slightly bending your knees will help you maintain your balance. But remember to not bend both knees together. Even if you lose your balance mid-air, you have to regain your upright position before moving out of the water.
Breathe and Relax: It is true that you may be both excited and nervous as a first timer. However if you continue to feel that your heart would jump out, you may be not focused enough on what you should be doing to enjoy a smooth ride. Therefore relax and breathe. You are in the safe hands of professional instructors. If you panic, you will only have a bad experience because you wasted all the time you had to enjoy yourself.
Protective Gear: You may be fearless and confident to go flyboarding. However, that does not mean that you could avoid wearing protective gear. Safety should always be your first concern. Buckle up your helmet, wear the body suit and correctly strap your boots, so that you don’t need to worry about your safety. Then you can truly enjoy and have the best ride in Dubai.
Follow Instructions: Do not attempt to override instructions of the instructor assuming that you know better or thinking that you could handle it yourself. Once you are in flight, change your direction by shifting your weight to the direction you want to go. Instructors claim that it only takes about 3-7 minutes to learn basic maneuvers. You can, later on, be adventurous by flipping and spinning once the instructor signs that you are good to go.
