The concept of riding a jet ski in Dubai with a parent will be incredibly appealing to many children. You may occasionally observe that they are overexcited, and you may be too. It’s important to remember all safety considerations when having fun taking your kid on a jet ski. So let’s look at how to take a child along when riding a PWC.

Your child shouldn’t be on board if they weigh less than 18 pounds.

Your child should sit behind you on a normal two-seater. They should constantly have their arms around you. It can be tempting to let them grab onto the rear of the jet ski, but if they hold on to you, you can more easily detect any issues. Try to teach children to avoid grabbing or pushing you when they are excited. The child should instead locate a secure area to hang onto a life jacket.

This is the safest way to ride a jet ski, and if you do want to take your child out on the water, having two adults is recommended although we know it is not always possible. The child should be seated in between the two adults.

It is advised against riding a jet ski in Dubai with young children under the age of two. If your kids are between the ages of 3 and 7, you should consider how they will react to riding a jet ski before deciding whether or not it is a good idea.
What If a Child Goes Overboard on a PWC?
Ideally, there will be two people on the jet ski if your child accidentally falls into the water. The driver’s responsibility should be to turn off the engine right away. Before entering the water to reach the child, the passenger should scan the area for any traffic or other potential dangers. The driver must always keep an eye on the child throughout this time and must not look away from them.
